This year the children have been each given a book called “101 things to do before you leave St Bede’s.” A copy of this booklet has been sent home and we will keep a copy in school.
It is a way to encourage them to do lots of exciting things that are all part of being a child in Teesside.
The children will tick off each time they have completed a task. We believe that school is about educating the whole child and not just a building that focuses solely on numeracy and literacy skills. You will have the opportunity to see these “St Bede’s Passports” at parents evening and other occasions.
At St Bede’s we believe a quality education fosters a love of learning and a curiosity for the world and this passport will help nurture this.
Please be supportive and help your child have fun!
